Chase was home from school yesterday w/an ear infection in his left ear. After a dose of motrin and some ear drops, I think he rather enjoyed his day off. He spent the better part of the day working on his new Lego Star Wars ship. An afternoon visit to the ped confirmed the ear infection. He's back at school today--he slept well last night and seemed to be feeling alright this morning.

I'm hoping Cass doesn't come down with it. She and I are going to visit Nina and baby Lucas today when she wakes up from her morning nap. I'm looking forward to getting a newborn fix since Cassie has gotten SO BIG!
